1. All sales are final
Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
If a file is corrupted, does not download, or is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a working file or a replacement product.
3. Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will review the case.
