How do I receive my products?
Right after payment you'll see a download button on the confirmation page. We also email you a receipt with secure download links.
How long are download links valid?
Each link is valid for 7 days and can be used up to 5 times. If you need a new link, contact us with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products can't be returned, all sales are final. If a file is damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I use the products commercially?
Files are licensed for personal use only. You can print as many stickers as you like for yourself, but reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.
How do I print the stickers?
Print the PNG on adhesive sticker paper (vinyl or matte) at home, or send it to any sticker print shop. The white border is part of the design: cut along its outer edge.
I didn't get the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us with the email you used at checkout.
